Laywomen with a desire to serve God by ministering to others are invited to apply.  Our biblically based teaching curriculum combines spiritual development,  character building, mentoring skills and “hands-on experience” to prepare the student for reaching, teaching and mentoring hurting and lost people.  Our curriculum is taught by degreed instructors who are also seasoned missionaries.  After successful completion of 112 hours of classroom instruction and on-site training, the graduates are awarded a “Certificate of Endorsement” during a formal commencement exercise. 

The graduates are commended back to their pastors and churches to be commissioned as missionaries and are inducted into “Diamonds”, EUMA’s graduate fellowship for on-going support, guidance and accountability.  Our monthly Diamond's meetings increase the graduates ability to recognize opportunities to minister anywhere and every where they are.  We connect our graduates to a network of women working effectively on the mission field locally and globally.  We assist each graduate in acquiring,  establishing and sustaining her mission field site.
