ESTHER’S URBAN MISSIONARY ACADEMY

Application Process

1.  Arrange to receive your application packet by e-mailing us at esthersuma@aol.com. (a $10.00 application fee is required- money orders only please).

2.  Set up a meeting for yourself and your pastor to discuss your desire to serve as a missionary.  Have your pastor complete the pastor’s questionnaire with his recommendation and have him mail it back to us.  Your pastor’s recommendation greatly affects our decision of whether or not you are ready for enrollment in the academy.  The Chancellor is available to speak with your pastor if necessary.

3.  Complete the application and make yourself a copy to keep for your records.

4.  Mail your completed application form and your $10.00 application fee (money orders only please) back to EUMA, P.O. Box 8 Clarkston, GA 30021.  For the fastest response to questions, please e-mail me at esthersuma@aol.com.  The office phone is 678.773.2422.

5.  You will be contacted by us after your entire packet has been received and processed.  Nothing can be decided until your pastor’s questionnaire is received.  Only applicants with complete packets will be enrolled in a class.  Classes are filled on a first come first served basis.

6.  If everything is in favorable order, you will be contacted by the academy and plans will be made to enroll you in classes.

7.  Students are not charged any fees for the academy training, but the student’s are encouraged their churchs, friends and families with a one time donation.  The charge for the cirriculum notebook is $40.00. Students are required to purchase their own textbook and handbooks. (average cost $35.00)

8.  Students are required to pay a $30.00 graduation fee to cover the cost associated with our graduation ceremony and celebratory cake cutting.
