Esther's Urban Missionary Academy developes and prepares laywomen spiritually, emotionally and in practical ways to minister anywhere they are. At EUMA, our slogan is "Ministering from the inside out". We seek to challenge each student to become "an authentic woman of God" whose behavior, attitude and lifestyle choices speak for themselves. Spiritual and emotional growth and character building is our primary goal. Integrity, accountability and responsibility are the fruit we strive to produce as we prepare our students for their mentoring, discipleship and leadership roles in their families, neighborhoods, work places, churches, communities, nation and beyond.
